One of the loveliest locally-made gins is Rhubarb Old Tom from the Orkney Gin Company (now also known as Orkney Spirits Limited) which is run by Orcadian couple Gary and Andrea Watt.

This popular drink is a favourite at NorthLink Ferries, even amongst people who don’t drink gin! Rhubarb Old Tom is made with Scottish Rhubarb and delicious served with loads of ice and ginger ale. We’d recommend a bottle in your cupboard for the festive season – Rhubarb Old Tom is perfect to offer to your Christmas guests!
