Thursday 18th July:

Another exciting event that we are proud to support is the upcoming ‘Round Bressay’ fundraising trip for the RNLI Lerwick Lifeboat, which will be taking place on Saturday 3rd August 2024.

Departing from the Lerwick Ferry Terminal, the MV Hrossey will welcome passengers onboard before sailing around the isle of Bressay. Onboard there will be live music, teas and coffees, sandwiches and a tombola and raffle! All proceeds go to the RNLI Lerwick Lifeboat to help better train and equip their crew, so that they can continue to save lives at sea.

Tickets are available now and can be purchased from the NorthLink Ferries Terminal in Lerwick, or by phoning 0800 111 4422.

Tuesday 23rd July:

We recently welcomed Shetland MSYPs onboard one of our ferries whilst docked in Lerwick to celebrate the recent incorporation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) into Scots domestic Law.

Until the 6th September, UNCRC campaign sheets will be available onboard the MV Hjaltland and MV Hrossey. They are asking for you to help them recreate Shetland-inspired symbols for Children’s Rights. Best of all – the winning design will receive a £50 NorthLink Gift Voucher!

Good luck to all of those who take part!
