“Just a quick note to say thanks so much for returning the fleece which I had left in the bar on the Lerwick to Aberdeen service on Tuesday 06 July. It was found in cabin 218 whereas we were in cabin 432 so clearly another passenger must have picked it up.
Not only did you then take the time to call me on my mobile to confirm it had been found, but you also sent it back by post - it arrived yesterday. That's what I call service. On top of that, both journeys were absolutely excellent, and the cabin first class, so much so that I have recommended you to all our friends so don't be surprised if you get an influx of visitors from this area all wanting to enjoy the Shetland experience. That was our first trip to Shetland and it certainly won't be our last.”

“I recently had to send my car to Orkney for repairs using your freight service as I could not take the car myself. Whilst I have used the passenger ferries with my car many times I had never experienced the freight service to send a vehicle on it's own. I felt I must write just to say thanks for a job well done. From the initial enquiry at the Lerwick Freight Office, my first call to the booking number and collecting the car on it's return everyone was very helpful and efficient. Even when the Orkney Garage, having been able to complete the repairs quicker than expected they were able to rearrange the return booking fror me so that I got my car back two days earlier than I expected.
